There is a small library near my DC apartment with a mural of animals reading appropriate books. Most are obvious, like an elephant reading Babar. I like this interpretation

Mother Nature's Son

Ever since I was little, whenever I would hear the Beatles' Mother Nature's Son, (a beautiful song) I have had a clear image in my mind of the picture the words of the song painted. And here it is. Seeing this image today was strange because I feel like someone tapped into my mind's eye when painting it, although I wasn't born yet, and neither were any of the Beatles back then. The collective human experience, from all time(s), blows me away. It's never as unique and individual as we like to think.
